The Atlanta BeltLine Workforce Partnership for Healthcare Training is recruiting residents to be trained for entry-level clinical and administrative positions at Grady Health System. Potential positions include Certified Nurse Assistant, Unit Clerk, Patient Access Representative, Accounts Receivable Representative and Secretary 1.
Candidates will receive 12 weeks of intensive training, including soft-skills, digital literacy, introduction to the healthcare sector, and Certified Nurse Assistant or Office Operations. Candidates will get to know Grady through site visits, presentations by Grady staff, mock interviews with actual hiring managers, and an introduction to Grady’s electronic patient records system. Participants must pass each module before moving to the next stage in the training. Career and personal coaching will be available for participants during training and for up to 6 months after employment. Potential positions could be at Grady Hospital, Grady’s Crestview Nursing Facility, or at one of Grady’s satellite clinics.
