Esperanza! A Woman's Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity, whose mission is "Empowerment through Educational Opportunity for Survivors of Domestic Violence." We are the only local non-profit organization offering scholarships specifically and exclusively to battered women in the state of Georgia.

We are dedicated to serving traditional, minority, Hispanic, and multicultural populations, including women disabled from domestic abuse.

We believe that education and training leading to job skills upgrade results in economic stability for survivors of domestic violence and their children, while enhancing the communities in which they reside.

Our scholarships are directed toward clients of DHR certified domestic violence agencies and their associated transitional living programs.

Our present focus is on providing scholarship assistance to survivors of domestic violence residing in rural, mountain, and coastal regions of the state, including Hispanic survivors residing in counties throughout Georgia.

Through partnership with other organizations, we will implement programs based upon career development, financial literacy, and the maintenance of balanced, healthy lifestyles.

As a 501(c)(3) organization committed to enhancing the economic well being of Georgia's battered women, we rely upon individual donations, corporate contributions, government funding and foundation grants for support.
